Performances de systèmes viticoles en agroécologie pour une rupture avec les usages phytosanitaires conventionnels

Abstract : This presentation made at INRAE, during the Plant Health metaprogram seminar, presents a methodological approach and results obtained via multi-criteria modeling within the framework of the PhytoCOTE project in viticulture. About forty conventional and organic wine systems were analyzed using 7 weighted criteria and co-constructed with socio-professional players in the sector. Three scenarios were constructed, including two in an agroecological approach. The eco-socio-environmental performance of all systems was divided by the Electre TRi-C model into 4 categories of performance levels, then classified via the Electre III model in each category. The two agroecology scenarios (organic and non-organic) obtain the best performances respectively. This makes it possible to show all wine-growers, in particular conventional ones, that a path is possible in the phytosanitary protection of the vine, and this in a very profitable way, starting from a global approach of vineyard management, like an agro-ecosystem, following the very principles of agroecology.
