Du partage de connaissances à la co-conception d'innovations agroécologiques : Exemple de la mobilisation des mycorhizes en Guyane

Abstract : When designing and implementing agroecological production systems, farmers make use of knowledge from various sources (scientific, local, expertise,…). They also exploit practice, products and technologies based on biodiversity. Soil microbial biodiversity, especially, offers promising opportunities to reduce the use of pesticides and fertilizers. In French Guiana, a participatory approach involving farmers, advisers and researchers, allowed to share knowledge and to identify levers and brakes. This approach is dedicated to the use of mycorrhiza in market gardening production. The different stakeholders proposed to evaluate some commercial products (biofertilizers based on mycorrhized roots) and practices favouring native mycorrhiza (naturally present in most agricultural soils) by growing mycorrhizal plants in nurseries. The results obtained show that the valorization of native mycorrhizal fungi is more efficient than the use of commercial products to mycorrhize plants in nurseries.
