Interventions publiques et démarches d'entreprises pour l'amélioration de la qualité nutritionnelle de l'offre alimentaire : apports et limites / Public and private actions for improving the nutritional quality of foods: Impacts and limits.

Abstract : On the basis of different studies conducted in the French Observatory of Food Quality (Oqali), we analyze the evolution of the nutritional characteristics of the food supply. We discuss to what extent nutritional policies can, playing directly or indirectly on the food supply, contribute to control the development of chronic diseases associated with dietary practices.
