Whereas, the "africaniste" literature on land considered land conflicts a long time in farming environment as structural no on the resource itself but rather as the result of contradictory perceptions around the right of use of this resource, we want to show that the inter-communal land conflicts find their justifications locally through the expression shared: "he doesn't look at me". This expression become nearly the" rule" in the justification of the rights made appear the inter-communal land conflicts as contestations around the redistribution of the income pulled from the exploitation of the earth given up and its re-investment in the zones of welcome.
