Caractérisation de la flore dans le vignoble Alsacien pour évaluer la biodiversité floristique et les services écosystémiques rendus : Évaluation du niveau de stress d’une parcelle de vignoble impactée par différents facteurs

Abstract : Viticulture is a flagship crop. Beyond its cultural attractiveness, it is one of the most phytosanitary product dependent crop with a Treatment Frequency Index of 12.5 (4.1 for wheat) (PAIN, 2010). 80% of the 19 average phytosanitary treatments per year are intended to fight mildiou and oïdium disease (Agreste, 2014). Those input lead to serious consequences for environment: water pollution, human health effects and biodiversity decline as well as floral diversity loss (CLAVIEN et al., 2006 ; RABOLIN et al., 2017b). To maintain French vineyard, measures to increase and preserve wine-growing landscape biodiversity have been made. In the PEPSVI project, my internship purpose was to characterized factors impact on the vine compartment of floristic composition and which ecosystem service are provided. Several floristic survey were carried out per year with “presence/absence” and “recovery” quantification methods. This project was conducted on 11 Alsace sites from 2014 to 2018 with different agricultural system on the grapevine row, the inter-row sown with grass and the tilled inter-row. Results showed some level of heterogeneity of specific richness between sites. The most specific richness influencing Factors were technical operations and climatology depending of the parcels location. Moreover, the distance between a vineyard plot and the naturals/anthropogenic elements seems to impact the floristic composition in contrast to agricultural systems. The most flora families represented were Poaceae, Asteraceae and Fabaceae. Those two last families may provide pollination ecosystem services if they are well managed.
