Analyse technico-économique d'un système bovin laitier agroécologique adapté au changement climatique

Abstract : The agroecological dairy system OasYs is experimented at full scale (91 ha UAA, 72 dairy cows) since June 2013 in Lusignan (Vienne, France). Its adaptation to climate change rests on the diversification of forage (including trees) and a new livestock management (2 calving periods, 16-month lactation, 3-way cross-breeding). Its techno-economicanalysis wasperformedfrom2014to 2018. On this period, expenses were divided by 2 for concentrates and by 3 for reproduction. Seeds and seedlings represented 20% of operational expenses.The increase of fat and protein contents allowed to offset the decrease of mean milk production per cow observed between 2014 (6795 l) and 2018 (6147 l). Since 2018the system allowed to pay out 1.5 unitsof labour with 2 minimum wages. The techno-economicresults of this agroecological dairy system still in transition are thus encouraging.
