Etudes des protéines plasmatiques par des approches de protéomiques

Abstract : Proteomic enables to develop the more exhaustive repertory of proteins or to perform proteomes’ differential study from tissue, or sub-cellular compartments, in response of regulatory factors or associated to a particular pathology. Proteomic approaches are numerous and rest on the proteins’ separation and fragmentation in order to determine samples’ composition. Major techniques like electrophoresis and mass spectrometry allow to establish physiological or pathological biomarkers. Proteomic interest is in human health research, in the development of diagnostic or therapeutic tools. In fish, it allows agronomy’s optimization. Plasma allow the transport, from a tissu to another, of a large panel of proteins which can intervene on different functions. Its proteomic use provides the benefit of non-invasive ans non-lethal analysis.
