Résumé
The title of this one-hour conference was "Territorial agricultural production and world markets: between global dynamics and meeting local expectations". It addressed the following three points: 1) a strongly growing world food demand; 2) an internationalization of agri-food markets; 3) a French agriculture under competitive pressure.
Cette conférence (1 heure) avait pour titre «Productions agricoles territoriales et marchés mondiaux : entre dynamiques globales et satisfaction des attentes locales ». Elle a abordé les trois points suivants : 1) une demande alimentaire mondiale en forte croissance ; 2) une internationalisation des marchés agroalimentaires ; 3) une agriculture française sous pression concurrentielle.
